For area rugs, choose in-home cleaning or our pickup service — we collect your rugs, deep clean them off-site, and return them fresh. A typical bedroom is about 10×12 feet (120 sq ft) to 12×12 feet (144 sq ft). We consider any room over 200 sq ft oversized — for example, large living rooms, open-concept areas, and finished basements. Oversized rooms are quoted individually because they take more time, product, and cleaning passes to do right.
